Channels are the apps your customers use to reach you. Mondo supports WhatsApp (via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API), Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Signal, email, web chat and AI-powered IVR calls, as well as Google Business Messaging.
Connect a channel
- Sign in to Mondo.
- Open the channel or integration settings.
- Choose the channel you want to connect.
- Follow the setup steps for that channel.
- Send a test message and check that it arrives in your shared inbox.
Which channel should you start with?
Many teams start with the web chat widget, because it only needs to be added to your website, or with email. WhatsApp is connected through the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
