Channels are connected in your workspace settings. Once a channel is connected, its conversations arrive in your shared inbox like any other channel.
Before you start
Have the account details for the channel you want to connect ready — for example the email address you want to connect, or access to your WhatsApp Business account.
Connect the channel
- Open the channel or integration settings.
- Choose the channel you want to connect.
- Follow the setup steps and provide the required details.
- Confirm the connection.
- Send a test message and check that it arrives in the shared inbox.
Never share channel credentials in conversations, notes or with third parties.
